Our performing group, the EMBERZ, attends dance workshops and competitions throughout the year.  They also perform locally at various schools and organizations as a service to our community.

Each year, the EMBERZ participate in the Virginia Dance Festival, a benefit for the Children's Hospital of Richmond.  Over the past nine years, the EMBERZ, along with other dance groups from the area, have helped to raise over $123,000.00 for Children's Hospital.

For the past nine consecutive years, members of our EMBERZ group have earned scholarships to further their dance education.  Students have attended classes on scholarships in Knoxville, Los Angeles, and, most recently, at the Dance Educators of America National Finals in Las Vegas.  We are very proud of the EMBERZ, and of all their hard work and dedication.
