OUR GENERAL CURRICULUM:

PRE-SCHOOL CLASSES:

Creative Movement - For ages 2 1/2 - 3 1/2.   A 1/2 hour class designed to introduce students to music and rhythms and to working with other children as well as an instructor.  Activities include imaginative play, coordination activities through the use of props such as been bags, hoops and scarves, and work on locomotor skill such as gallop, tip-toe, hopping and skipping.         

Pre-Dance - For ages 3 1/2 - 4 1/2.  A 45-minute class designed to introduce students to the basics of dance, but still using creative imagery.    

EARLY ELEMENTARY CLASSES:

 NOTE:  Many of these classes are filling up fast.  Come early to claim your spot!

Ballet/Tap - A more structured 1-hour class teaching the basics of ballet and the basics of tap.

Acrobatics - Offered for ages 5 and up.  A 45 minute  class including warm-up stretches and acrobatic floor work, such as tripods/headstands, bridges, forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, etc.  

CLASSES FOR OLDER STUDENTS:

We offer leveled classes in ballet, tap and jazz for ages 8 through adult, and hip hop classes for ages 9 and up.  For experienced students, we also offer classes in pointe, lyrical and modern. 

*OFFERED ON SPECIAL  OCCASION BASIS - 

Ballroom/Social Dance Classes, including waltz, for trot, swing, and Latin dances.
